TCA official opening

Last service lesson was super fun. SSM might not be my favourite subject, but i'm really proud to be the pioneer batch of Temasek Culinary Academy's (TCA. Seriously, i'm sure i'm gonna miss the place and the tutors, much as Mr Goh's screamings were scary at the beginning.

Anyway a group of us were posted to Sugarloaf today, and we all had fun being under Mr Malik. Maybe not all, yenchyi almost went mute being a lift executive. heh. There was no crowd today because outsiders weren't allowed in. Which meant most of the food were unsold and for us to eat!

The reception (for us students) was great! There were drinks, food, lots of sweet desserts, it was the first time Top Table was so vibrant i swear.

Mr Goh Hock Quee. He initially scared the shit out of many of us with his screaming and high expectations, but as the sem went on and through Apel class i guess everyone learnt to really respect him.


Mr Neo, super funny man. His fierce front couldnt last more than 3 weeks and he was soon joking around with everyone. Great tutor! All of them are great in fact.
