HAPPY NEW YEAR / DEADlines

New year this year was, like xmas LAST year, more happening than the last!

First, dinner at Angus with Calvin:

The dear boy made reservations before he left for israel, which i think was thoughtful. He even asked for window seats!

YUMS. with sake, which made me feel slightly sick for awhile after dinner :\

Then on New Year's Eve, the bf joined me and my relatives for dinner. Really glad he came along.
There was good food but they were all almost gone by the time we got there (FYI, cab fare down was almost 20bucks. #$!#%), but my aunt made delicious mini pizzas and called for pizza. I made a super fat popiah for the bf which couldnt be rolled up in the end. oh well..

Everyone boogied abit to retro music, and C was well entertained by my uncle who seemed lost in his world, dancing away. "I cant dance.." was what the boy said when i told him to join them. HA. HA. HA.

Then we went down to marina to catch the fireworks at midnight. It was exceptionally beautiful, with the company.
